Outline the text if that hasn't already happened. On this one I think I would outline the strokesin the final art anyway. Then duplicate the outlined text on a new layer or duplicate the artboard. Make sure the letters do not shift position. Then Outline the strokes. If necessary (depending on how exactly you built it, you would have to subtract outlines strokes from the fills. Then delete the shapes you do not need. Ask the production company, which color you should apply to the glow in the dark shapes.

Did anybody actually found the solution to this??? I've tried everything and nothing is working. I don't want to quit illustrator becuase I have significant amount of work that hasn't been saved and I don't wanna risk it. I've never had an issue like this and it's completely ridiculous that there isn't any solution to this yet. By @Ihdaa37445190jayf If you aren't already saving to your local hard disk: do that. Also: turn off "Save in background" in the preferences.

Beta Illustrator is damaged - see message when I try to open Beta or open a file I created using Beta By @Julz_Rulz Uninstall and reinstall. If that still doesn't work, rinse and repeat.

It probably will not work at all. You can try and apply fill colors to the sides. But probably the drawings are too abstract. You can get all sides of a cube by using the 3D effects.

Unless you just did that and then can do Edit > Undo, you cannot remove it. WHen hitting that button you expand the effect. Or did you check that in the Raytracing popup? In that case uncheck it.

For the last 20 years it hasn't been a good idea to upgrade MacOS immediately after release. Some users are running Tahoe without any problems apparently, some not at all. Sequoia needed a couple of fixes to address its several initial bugs. And the same goes for each MacOS before it. If Illustrator is not working for you, then probably the best idea is to downgrade the system and wait some months.

Hi @Abhishek Rao. I'd like to know if it's safe to update to Mac OS 26? Will most of the common apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) work just fine? By @Zubair5C97 Just watch this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/system-requirements/apps-compatible-macos.html If the system is not listed there, it's obviously not safe to update. Apparently Apple's new toy is working for some people and not working for a lot of others.

Before updating the operating system it is generally recommended to carbon copy your harddisk, because at any time something can go wrong. Apple of course will not tell you that - instead they just present you the button to update. And if you do that, then you can just revert to the previous state, because a compatible Illustrator version will most probably at least take until Adobe MAX (end of October).

You are using 3D & materials - do you need materials? If not, I would use Classic 3D. Also: the strokes: strokes can give you a lot of headaches. Maybe make them thicker.

Are the values exact? You are zoomed in 6400%. Does this look precise in CPU preview mode? And also: with this small portion of your shape it's pretty hard to imagine what is happening at all.
